The Great Barrier Reef is the largest coral reef in the world. It is located in the coral sea of the coast of Queensland, Australia. It is so big it can be seen from space.
The barrier reef is home to over 1500 different species of fish including Dory, Marlin and Nemo.
STEAM Challenge: Create your own coral reef.
Materials: Play dough, pipe cleaners, beads, shoebox Optional – Disney Printable, craft sticks.
Step 1: Build different types of coral using the play dough, pipe cleaners and beads.
Step 2: Create your ocean background by painting or using a printable photo.
Step 3: Arrange the coral in your own reef.
